Iran surpasses the U.S. in worldwide production of pistachios.
Due to proper rain fall in the past 2 years, 2015 production of Iranian pistachios is predicted to be more than 235,000 MT’s and accordingly it will return to peak.
Based on the above, there will be a 2.88 kg pistachio production per capita in Iran.
